At the expiration of the project/program, any proposed revisions to the Code based on the project/program will be subject to the rulemaking provisions set forth in section 5350.100 of the Illinois Administrative Code (2 Ill. Adm. Code §5350.100). Proposed rule revisions resulting from any project/program must be submitted within 6 months of the expiration of the project/program unless an extension to submit a rule revision is granted by the Executive Director.
