    Responsible for the general internal office human resource function for the University System employees.
  - Classification, Examination and Compensation

    This Report provides an overview of our business operations, an analysis and update of our many programs/initiatives, and a brief description of our agency action plan.

Assembling Examination
The monitor shall check the EXAMINING INSTRUMENTS BY CLASS to make certain that all necessary examination materials are available before the examination begins. All examination booklets must be inspected carefully to assure that the booklets contain no duplicate, blank or missing pages and that they have not been defaced.

Applicant's Signature on Register Card, If Applicable
An applicant must sign in ink the completed register card in the presence of a personnel/human resource(s) representative before he/she receives any examination materials.

The monitor must compare the signature of the register card with the applicant's signature on the System Answer Sheet to determine that the applicant and the individual taking the examination are one and the same person.
