Job Description

The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria seeks an individual to lead, manage, and organize College of Medicine test administrations and assessment/evaluation program. This position creates content and materials with subject matter experts, using instructional tools and educational theory. The incumbent will analyze content, identify learning objectives, help develop teaching materials and assessments, and evaluate stakeholder feedback to improve course quality and learner outcomes. It will also be involved in instructional design and assist with curricular development related to electronic health records.


Qualifications

A Master’s degree in education or a related field with six months experience in the production of evaluation tools, educational programming, curriculum development or classroom teaching or a Bachelor’s degree with 18 months like experience are required. Medical education testing and statistical experience is preferred.
