    Responsible for the general internal office human resource function for the University System employees.

    Develops, revises, and performs routine administration of the classification and corresponding examination system.

Job Description

Eastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for an Information Technology Technical Associate – Lead Development Analyst in the Department of Information Technology Services. Responsibilities include working with end users to define their programming needs, analyze project requirements, test and troubleshoot code and logic, and develop technical and user documentation.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have:
1. Eight years of computer programming experience that includes three years of experience using Java and SQL.

2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming, Information Technology, IT Management or a related discipline and six years of computer programming experience that includes three years of experience using Java and SQL.
