Job Description
The Campus Visit Coordinator plays a key role in the Office of Admissions, and is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of the campus visit program, serving approximately 12,000 visitors annually. This position oversees the tour guide program, manages front desk reception operations, recruits and supervises student employees, and supports budget oversight to ensure a high-quality visitor experience that supports institutional enrollment goals. A successful candidate will provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced admissions environment. This program is housed in the Bone Student Center's 3rd floor Admissions at the Atrium.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Six (6) months of full-time or part-time equivalent experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Demonstrated supervisory experience, preferably with student employees.
2. Experience working in admissions, enrollment management or higher education.
3. Budget management experience.
Salary
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
