Job Description
The Steam & Power Plant IV receives both written and verbal instructions and is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and performing operational and maintenance activities related to steam and power plant systems. The position may act in a supervisory capacity for lower-level staff and assume higher-level responsibilities in the absence of Steam & Power Plant V.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Four (4) years (48 months ) of work experience in the maintenance and operation of steam and power plant equipment.
One (1) year (12 months) of work experience in a position comparable to the Steam and Power Plant III.
Possession of the current/valid licenses and certificates, as required by the employing institution.
Salary
$112,507.20 annually; NIU offers a robust benefits package.
