The Financial Operations Coordinator is responsible for facilities scheduling, assisting the Assistant Director of Financial Operations with financial duties, and overseeing the payroll process for the Campus Recreation department.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, recreation administration/sports management, or a field related to the position.
2. Two (2) years of full-time professional experience in business, financial, or managerial roles involving budget reconciliation, financial reporting, payroll processing, contract administration, scheduling coordination, and/or staff supervision. Experience must include responsibility for financial tracking, data analysis, and administrative support in a complex organizational environment.
(NOTE: A Master’s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year (12 months) of work experience.)
3. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
4. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work involving the application of accounting theory to accounting problems.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree.
2. Demonstrated experience with Innosoft Fusion (or equivalent member management software) and EMS (or equivalent scheduling and facility management software).
3. Ability to communicate proficiently in both verbal and written formats.
4. Possess American Red Cross CPR/AED/BBP and First Aid basic certification.
5. Possess American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid instructor certification
6. Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office 2016 or equivalent product.
7. Experience with Colleague, Budget Center/Cognos and TMA.
8. Demonstrated experience in finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Salary
$50,000 - $54,000 annual
