Job Description
The Sorority & Fraternity Life Coordinator serves as a member of the advising team for the sorority and fraternity community, divided among the Interfraternity Council, College Panhellenic Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and United Greek Council. The Coordinator provides direct support and advisement for the councils, which includes developing and coordinating programs and services for chapters and members, with emphasis on recruitment and intake, housing, risk reduction, diversity and inclusion, and leadership and organizational development. The Coordinator provides support to culturally based chapters in their membership intake and helps manage the formal recruitment process for College Panhellenic Council or expansion of the Interfraternity Council including planning, implementation, and assessment. The Coordinator has a portfolio of chapters to support individually through the Chapter Coaching model. The Coordinator will demonstrate an openness to connect with students and campus/community partners to support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive sorority and fraternity community.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent degree conferred prior to the position start date.
One year of experience serving as a leader in a social sorority or fraternity.
*Note: Master's degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for this work experience. Master’s degree must be conferred prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in higher education administration, college student personnel administration, counseling, or a related field.
Experience advising sororities and fraternities.
Experience working with a diverse student population.
Salary
$46,000 - $50,000 annual, combined with an excellent benefits package
