Job Description
Governors State University is seeking to hire a CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Enrollment Implementation Assistant for the Enrollment Management department. This position requires proficiency in Constituent Relationship Management and will require the ability to apply CRM technology to write rules and create and implement training for Enrollment Management and members of the Academic Units. This position requires strong organizational skills, project management skills, and database and ERP systems knowledge.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Any one or any combination totaling one (1) year (12 months) from the following
categories:
a. College coursework which includes Information Technology (IT), IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
i. 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
ii. Associate’s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months)
iii. 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
iv. Bachelor’s Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months)
b. Work experience in IT-related functions such as hardware/software support, programming, network design, network engineering, IT systems integration, or closely related field.
3. Documented evidence of each of the following:
a. At least 4 years of experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems, programming or advanced computing knowledge.
b. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
c. Possess strong interpersonal skills, time management/multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
