To provide exceptional customer service to the campus community by assisting in the work management and building access areas. Also serves as a backup for reception in the Facilities Management office.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Any one or combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the following categories:
A. college coursework in business administration, communications, public relations or a closely related field as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
-30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
-Associate’s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months)
-90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
-Bachelor’s degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months)
B. responsible work experience in customer services, public relations, office administration, business and financial operations, healthcare administration or other closely related experience
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of TMA Systems, Velocity Electronic Access or other work order and building access systems.
2. Broad knowledge of office practices and procedures.
3. Knowledge of computers.
4. Ability to multitask and work under stressful conditions.
5. Ability to exercise independent judgment.
6. Ability to deal with the public and clients in a friendly, positive manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Strong customer service orientation.
9. Initiative and ability to solve problems and identify alternative solutions.
10. Ability to promote team building through effective and timely communication.
Salary
$17.00 - $18.50/hour
