Job Description
The Operations Center Coordinator provides direction to the Facilities Operations Center including Work Management, Building Access (keys and access control) and the welcome desk. The Operations Center Coordinator is responsible for staff growth by evaluating and offering training opportunities and promoting teamwork. Ensures job tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner and provides guidance regarding University and department policies and procedures. Further responsibility includes staff conduct, timecards, attendance cards, leave usage, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in business administration, management, or related closely related field (verify with transcript).
2. Two (2) or more years of full time (or part time equivalent) professional level work experience in managerial and/or business experience, including one (1) year at an administrative level.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques.
2. Skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships.
3. Ability for, and inclination towards, decision-making.
Salary
$26.67-$33.33/hour
