Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Any one or combination totaling one (1) year (12 months) from the categories below:
A. course work in any discipline as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
- 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
B. work experience which could include administrative support, admissions and enrollment, customer service, public relations, records management, or closely related experience.

1. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Works well with a wide range of individuals including clients, staff, students, and faculty.
2. Integrity to manage confidential nature of the work; tact, diplomacy, and reliability.
3. Ability to inspire trust and confidence of students and staff.
4. Ability to concentrate with basic office distractions in work area.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills; exceptional email communication is necessary.
6. Efficient organizational and time management skills.
7. Working knowledge of various office functions, including using Microsoft Office and document imaging systems.
8. Knowledge of ISU degree requirements and/or transfer credit policies (upon training).
9. With the wide variety of responsibilities, the incumbent must be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Salary
$15.18 - $17.50/hour
