Job Description
This position will support and assist with the daily management and operation of Tri-Towers, Cardinal Court, Fell and School properties, and Night Operations through performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions, accurate record-keeping and supervision of student employees.

Required Qualifications
1. High school graduation or equivalent.
2. One (1) year (12 months) of work experience comparable to the second level of this series.
3. Any one or any combination of the following, totaling two (2) years (24 months) of experience in the categories below:
A. work experience performing office/clerical activities, including use of computer systems
B. college or university course work in any curriculum
-twelve (12) semester hours = six (6) months
-twenty-four (24) semester hours = twelve (12) months
-thirty-six (36) semester hours = eighteen (18) months
-forty-eight (48) semester hours = twenty-four (24) months
Desired Qualifications
1. Ability to continually upgrade knowledge of the department/university structure and area resources/processes to be used (i.e. staff, facilities, other offices on campus, etc.). ability to apply the knowledge to instruct students in the next best step for their need or area of concern.
2. Must be knowledgeable about area in which you work since the Area Coordinator, Residence Hall Coordinators, Service Area Coordinators and Graduate Assistants may change every year.
3. With the wide variety of responsibilities, the incumbent must be flexible and organized. Able to coordinate multiple staffs with overlapping demands.
4 Must have strong communication skills, as she/he must be able to work well with other employees (both in University Housing Services and campus-wide) as well as the general public (students/parents/guests).
Salary
$15.46 – $16.11 per hour
