Job Description
The Department of Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality is one of 13 departments within the Division of Student Affairs. It provides the campus community and guests with high-quality, efficient, and innovative event services and dining options in a variety of settings dedicated to accentuating and enhancing the campus experience in a diverse community.
This position assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of the departmental human resource processes and policies including hiring, on boarding, orientation, corrective action, performance appraisal, and timekeeping.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Management, or a field directly related to the position. All qualifying degrees must include at least 12 semester hours in Human Resource Administration. A transcript (may be unofficial) will be required in order to ensure full consideration/eligibility for the position.
2. Two (2) years of full time work experience performing professional-level human resource duties.

4. Ability to meet deadlines, to manage constant interruptions, and shift priorities as problems arise.

6. High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
7. Ability to work confidentially with a variety of security sensitive information, including personnel files.
Salary
$16.95 - $22.04 per hour
