Job Description

Eastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for a Food Service Administrator IV – Associate Director of Housing and Dining for Panther Dining. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operation of three residential dining areas, a food court, convenience store, coffee shop and catering. Responsibilities will include short and long term financial planning; working with Unit Directors to implement an overall dining service plan; planning of dining operations including layout, design, and equipment; and development of menus and standardizing recipes.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have eight years of food service management experience. (University training in dietetics or in hotel, restaurant, or institutional management may be substituted, year for year, for experience up to a maximum of five years.)
