Job Description

Directly responsible for cleaning, sanitizing or disinfecting all designated interior and exterior spaces according to set standards and procedures.

Extra Help is part-time and can only work up to 28 hours per week.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. If this position is Security Sensitive or if you are subject to a criminal background investigation based on University policy, this offer is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.


Salary

$12.51/hour

Comments Extra Help employees may only work up to a total of 900 hours.

Extra Help employees are only paid for hours worked and do not qualify for most benefits, including health insurance and retirement, with Illinois State University. However, Extra Help employees are eligible to participate in the University's supplemental retirement savings plans (403b). Applicable retirement information is provided at the time of hire. There is no guarantee that working as Extra Help will lead to or secure permanent employment.
