    Responsible for the general internal office human resource function for the University System employees.
  - Classification, Examination and Compensation
    Develops, revises, and performs routine administration of the classification and corresponding examination system.

    This Report provides an overview of our business operations, an analysis and update of our many programs/initiatives, and a brief description of our agency action plan.

Job Description

Employees at this level will have a basic level of understanding of object oriented, procedural, and functional program techniques. Specifically this level have basic knowledge of Java, ECMAScript and SQL programming languages. This level will also gain experience with the various frameworks used in the programming languages.

Qualifications

1. Any combination totaling two (2) years from the following categories:
a. progressively more responsible work experience in application development profession including:
i. object oriented, procedural, and functional program techniques as such would be acquired in a classroom environment
ii. relational databases such as SQL, can explain different levels of normalization of relational techniques
iii. Web Programming concepts, understand HTTP request cycle and user state information
b. college course work in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
i. 60 semester hours or Associate’s Degree equals one year
ii. 90-120 semester hours or Bachelor’s Degree equals two years
